Hi you! I'm Jules.

Happy that you are here!

My mission as a yoga teacher is to share the love and empowerment that yoga brings, helping others fall in love with themselves again. I am at my happiest when I see my students leaving my classes feeling zen, peaceful, and content.

I am a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, having completed my Hatha and Vinyasa training in Costa Rica. Along with that, I have specialized in Yin Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, and Yoga for Healing Trauma and Anxiety. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years. Yoga and meditiation have been a life-changing practice for me—it’s not just physical movement, but a philosophy that helped me discover self-love, stillness, and reflection. It taught me that everything I need is already within me and that happiness doesn’t depend on outside approval. It’s about accepting where I am, being kind to my body, and embracing the present moment.

Originally from Germany, I now live in Friesland, the Netherlands, in a beautiful village with my partner Sasker and our dog, Amy. I speak fluent German, Dutch, and English, and I love connecting with people, guiding them on their own journey of self-discovery through yoga.
